Thanks for the note, done that. There doesn't seem to be a conflict.
This weekend, I only intend to implement what I outlined.

Co-existence with FSFmacs. In fact, a user complaint is prompting me
to do this. Moreover, once we have ~/.xemacs, we might as well put
everything in it, in accordance with other applications using similar
schemes.
