Hmm---I was expecting that it would open Latin-1 files with a
Latin-1 coding system with that in place. However, I get "Big5".
Should I expect this?
You shouldn't. I don't know why you're getting Big5. Does the same
happen with xemacs -q and/or xemacs -vanilla, once you evaluate the
set-language-environment directive?
