I think this is potentially dangerous. People who download packages from the experimental/ area (which is easy now since it is in the menu) miss upgrades and are stuck with having an old package which still has the highest version number. I think having multiple versions of the same software with the same version number is a Bad Thing[tm]. Gunnar
