Oh good grief! I still think of 21.4.22 as "the release I need to port
into jcbmacs".
Incidentally, my latest tweak to jcbmacs is to implement input methods
properly (i.e. not quite in FSF style). It's amazing: I've been
faffing occasionally for six years trying to get quail to work inside
isearch etc., and never managed. Now, with input methods in C, it
took a few hours to adapt the last GPL2 quail, and now I can finally
isearch on Chinese with pinyin input.
May I suggest that XEmacs should consider FSF-style input methods?
