Works for me; they're all there in a fresh build, both with 21.4.20
and current CVS. Can you reproduce?
Building in fresh packages/unsupported/scop/vc with 21.4.20, everything seems
normal. With 21.5.27, I always get the attached auto-autoloads.el. At least
vc-arch-registered-lite, vc-cvs-registered-lite, vc-git-registered-lite and
vc-mcvs-registered-lite are missing.
