Ok, I have fixed this. My kitting program put the binary in the wrong
place. Mirrors should catch up eventually.
FYI,
ftp.xemacs.org is still hosed. I just tried the new sysinstaller,
and got a message like:
Download error: win32/xemacs-i586-pc-win32-21.4.5.tar.gz too short (7304081, wanted
7304232)
