[enhancement req] report-xemacs-bug
report-xemacs-bug appends a lot of stuff (system info, build details,
installation, user interaction) to the end of the bug report itself
i'd suggest that this info is put in one, or more, mime attachments,
making an easier manipulation/disposal of the interesting/uninteresting
parts of the message
