[Bug: 21.4.13] muse buttom suddendly not defined

Often when i don't use my xemacs for a while then when i return, i cannot select menus with the mouse, if i try it sayes string?? nil And after i tryed selecting with the mouse i have keyboard focus on the file menu and i can there after select some menus with arrow keys.
