Does M-x describe-installation reckon "Using Lucid scrollbars" ?

Different X Resources ?
Nope it is the same,
So two things puzzle me, the fact of different greyscale and the fact
that Lucid looks so much like old plain GNU scrollbars/menubars. But
only on this modern Laptop with high resolution screen etc.
