try to submit patch to quail: Hebrew.el
Hello
I try to submit a patch in order that Hebrew.el (without BIDI) is
supported.
I can produce a patch for leim-list.el, but it seems since I don't
have write access to this package I cannot submit Hebrew.el (cvs add
Hebrew.el), and therefore not provide a patch via diff -u >
quail.patch.
how shall I proceed?
