I do not fully understand your question. To clarify, I was trying to
make two different points:
* I'm not sure if W3 is maintained at all. If so, the sources and the
README files should be updated to reflect an address to report bugs.
* I am reluctant to use the PACKAGE-bugs(a)xemacs.org alias because I
don't know where it points to (EXPN is typically disabled by modern
mail servers). Additionally, I don't know if these aliases are
being well maintained in general, which furthers my distrust in
them.
I'm all for fixing the aliases, but it won't address my concerns, one
of them being related to W3 development, and the other reflecting a
personal choice of mine.
