When I upload a SUMO tarball, I'm using the current CVS archive of xemacs-packages and upload everything. If I upload today a SUMO tarball, it would include your EFS prerelease. Since you don't like to have it uploaded *now*, I'm not uploading a new SUMO tarball. I won't make a tarball because you asked me not to release the current version.
