Re: vc (using RCS) seems seriously damaged.

Hello I have some news with the problem I enountered. - I checked all my files under version control, even ones I have to touch for years. All the time the same co -pn foo.txt (n>1) revision n absent. - I did the same testing as described in an earlier mail with GNU emacs, and obtain the same result. I will now look for an older PC with an older version of RCS in order to see what is the problem. I suspect something changed in the RCS syntax. Using version 5.7-18.
