The window is too small to hold all the widgets, but at least it comes up. (I didn't try to actually do a search.) I also tried reconfiguring to use LessTif instead of Sun's Motif. This also brings up a window that seems to work. However, I do get the following messages when I move the mouse pointer to the title bar of the find window: Warning: Name: shell Class: TransientEmacsShell Unexpected ClientMessaget, type >WM_PROTOCOLS< DropSMgr.c:externalSourceHandler(702) I'm using GNOME and sawfish 0.36 as my WM.
