The ftp and www sites are really the same place. cvs is an entirely
separate system at a different location.
ftp.xemacs.org and www.xemacs.org are physically located on the same
machine on the East Coast of the U.S. cvs.xemacs.org is physically
located on the West Coast of the U.S. on a completely different
network. Both of the host machines are topologically only a hop or
two off the U.S. internet backbone and should have reasonably high
speed transfer rates.
