It's not possible to send mail via pop3 but you could try sending via
smtp.
There is a sendmail port for cygnus from Sergey Okhapkin:
ftp://www.lexa.ru/pub/domestic/sos/ports/sendmail-8.9.0-cygwinb19-pre.tar.gz
Try that one. It works sometimes but sometimes just core dumps :-(
