Sun/tooltalk package autoloading

according to the etc/PACKAGES file:
*** Sun
Support for Sparcworks. Must be installed prior to XEmacs build to be
effective.
*** tooltalk
Support for building with Tooltalk. Must be installed prior to XEmacs
build to be effective.
Did you build XEmacs this way?
