Exactly. I'll veto anything that fucks with ~/.xemacs as a package
hierarchy pure and simple.
OK.
Note that, given the choice, I would prefer `.xemacs/' to mean
"startup-files directory" than "personal package directory". But it
should definitely not mean both, so we agree.
