How about those bits of unreadable German and Chinese? I think this

Don't do that. It's redundant. All maintainers should be reading
xemacs-beta, that is _the_ channel for bug reports. Ben doesn't read
xemacs-beta. Permitting that is dubious policy, and should not be
extended to anybody who isn't as "special" as Ben.
Note that you are not the only maintainer for XEmacs; at the very
least, if you go in there, Ville, Rendhalver, Vin, and I should be
there, and arguably all package maintainers too....
