Some updated packages in Pre-Releases

I've just uploaded the following packages to the Pre-Releases directory: debug edit-utils ediff eicq eudc lookup pcl-cvs psgml supercite text-modes xemacs-base I haven't updated the version numbers because these packages already have higher versions than the ones in the public area. I'm now just waiting for a couple of issues with Mew to be sorted out and then I'll be releasing the SUMOs.
