To the extent that you can simply use the GNU ChangeLog entries,
include them as is, in XEmacs syntax if GNU's differs. In principle
you should be able to identify the relevant lines for every ChangeLog,
but if you drop one or have an extraneous log for a change you didn't
actually synch very occasionally, just copying the whole block is OK.
Note that ChangeLog are _not_ going to be in date order due to the
review process. Dates correspond to when the patch was submitted, not
when it was applied.
