After 'xemacs -vanilla' on a Linux tty, M-x edit-faces shows me
something like
Face Foreground Background Font Spec
dired-face-permissions black nil normal
which doesn't show up too well. Would nil nil be better?
Under X after 'xrdb -load /dev/null ; /usr/bin/xemacs -vanilla &',
M-x edit faces shows
dired-face-symlink cyan gray80
-*-courier-medium-r-*-*-*-120-*-*-*-*-iso8859-*
which looks pretty indistinct to me. Can anyone see that combination
clearly? Blue doesn't seem to be overworked among the dired faces,
would that be better?
