how to use ttf fonts in xemacs 21.5.28

I already told you: (set-face-font 'default "Purisa"). Unlike GNU
Emacs, we use the native names for fonts, we don't force them into
XLFD form (which doesn't support all the features of fontconfig,
although it might -- barely -- be enough to emulate Windows/Mac font
specs).
