In XEmacs 21.2 "Boreas" [Lucid] (i386-bong-linux, Mule) of

configured using `configure i386-bong-linux --debug=no --error-checking=none

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
I built and installed XEmacs 21.2.10, updated all installed packages
(incl.
removing some that seemed unimportant for me) and now shrink-window-if-
larger-than-buffer doesn't work anymore. It doesn't produce an error
message, calling it by M-x shrink-window-if-larger-than-buffer or C-x -
simply has no action. This behaviour is reproducible here, even with
-vanilla. Please let me know what further info I can provide, thanks!
I cannot reproduce this in 21.0. Is this a 21.2-specific problem?
