Changing ellipsis display for invisible lines?

Icky. I don't think that will ever be available in XEmacs, not with
an interface like that.
But this function does not exist in Xemacs and it looks a
little tricky to port.
I know
(set-glyph-face invisible-text-glyph 'blue)
but this is not what I want.
What do you want? Eg, what does the above icky function call do to
the ellipses?
