Yes, for 21.4, and it will be in 21.4.7. No, and there won't be one,
for 21.5. We're trying to get rid of the machine/system descriptions
in favor of using configure. When we're sufficiently successful, the
"no description found" warnings will go away (in favor of "legacy s&m
files found" warnings).
