I fixed a few when Malcolm submitted the patch but obviously I didn't catch all of them. Let's try to do it all at once, though---no COMMIT until we have a bunch of APPROVEs. I think the right thing to do is to get rid of the distinction and just use "--with-FEATURE", because there are too many features where the distinction simply doesn't make sense. The problem is that the Autoconf people have definitely made changes that amount to enforcing their preferred style in some but not all cases.
