New CVS branch for Windows/Mule
I have committed my Windows/Mule related changes into the new CVS
branch named "mule-21-5".
Ben has another almost workable code that is based on general redesign
and he plan to merge it into that branch. We will work with it and
merge it into the trunk. Anybody who is interested in it, please test
and comment it.
