- Move to vm-user-agent as our default email user agent, when
available, because it handles MIME properly, and there’s no
excuse for our shipping a default mail command that doesn’t.
And so does Gnus, and so does MH-E, and so does MEW. So why VM?
- Add a default binding for manual-entry under Unix.
