Both you and Kai deserve *major* thanks for the work you do keeping
high signal:noise in the emacs groups. I'd be pitching in more, but
for time and (perceived) inexperience. I will start trying to do a bit
more; at least reading more of the feed should help with the latter
problem (although not the former, alas!).
I agree that support mails shouldn't be directed to
webmaster(a)xemacs.org, but I have been taking a stab at answering
questions, and directing people to ce.xemacs for followup. I guess
I'll write a form letter directing people to mailing lists and
ce.xemacs, and start using that instead of personalized replies - it
should save a little time.
