Re: w3-write-explicit-encodings problem

Reuben> w3-write-explicit-encodings is required by url.el, and Reuben> only exported by w3, but putting (require 'w3) in url.el Reuben> sets up a circular dependency, as w3.el contains (require Reuben> 'url). Solution? Circular dependencies are fine as long as the required functions are not actually used until after loading all required files is finished. I believe this is already fixed in packages CVS, maybe even in the prerelease packages.
