Elisp: (string-match "[�]" "�") yields nil, but should return 0

Dear Bug Team! (setq case-fold-search t) (string-match "[Ü]" "Ü") yields nil, but should IMHO return 0. (string-match "[É]" "É") ditto, so this is probably true for all upper case characters with accents. For lower case letters or if case-fold-search is set to nil, the result is correct.
