oops sorry andy
looks like i missed putting the setup-packages.ini into the windows
directory some how, i am not sure how i missed it but i uploaded the
setup-packages.ini and updated the setup.ini file so it should all work now
i dont have a windows box so can someone please test this and let my
know if it is all working properly
