[Bug: 21.5-b29] Dired unconditionally change frame size

Somebody wrote (sorry for the dupe, "Somebody", but this really needs to be public since Dired doesn't seem to be involved): Nope. Ah, that works. Since we now have three different WMs doing it, I guess it's XEmacs. This is really Mike Sperber's area (window configuration), and I don't think it's related to Dired, at least not with second recipe.
