XEmacs Info node missing ?

All I downloaded was xemacs-21.0-b46.tar.gz
This is on NT + cygwin
The info files are made from the texinfo sources when you do "make
install". Getting Texinfo installed and working on Windows is tricky.
You need to either get Texinfo working, and make the .info files from
the .texi files, or else just download xemacs-21.0-b46-info.tar.gz
(ready-made info files) from ftp.xemacs.org.
