Co-existence with FSFmacs. In fact, a user complaint is prompting
me to do this. Moreover, once we have ~/.xemacs, we might as well
put everything in it, in accordance with other applications using
similar schemes.
So we're finally making `.xemacs/' official? This is what we've
successfully avoided so far. (I don't have one.)
