Latest ecb and cedet!?

No, and no.
From what I can se they both as GPLv2 or later so they should from
that point of view be possible to integrate. Comments?
AFAIK they are GPLv2, and so the current versions can be integrated as
soon as somebody takes sufficient interest. Patches welcome.
