Interesting. I think I will test --without-tty on my virtual Ubuntu
and see what happens.
This made the build brake in another way than the termcap problem
which is logical.
However I don't feel like it is important to investigate that path
further. If you don't have a windows environment and still want to
build with no tty I guess it won't work.
