XEmacs 21.1.4 (Arches) is Released

Several miscellaneous bugs have been fixed. Probably the most significant is a fix Gunnar Everman made to prevent zombie processes when running XEmacs with tooltalk support; see http://www.xemacs.org/list-archives/xemacs-patches/9907/msg00006.html for more details. In addition, Michael Sperber submitted a patch to make docdir user-configurable. The 21.1.x series of releases is being named for US National Parks.
