I know of no way to determine the names of the month from the locale
in any automatic fashion. From what I've gathered, FSF Emacs uses
some sort of heuristics to work anyway. I'm not a big fan of this
approach, but I'll investigate at some point.
Anyway, you want to set `dired-re-month-and-time' to something
reflecting your locale, and you should be fine.
