For your python-mode I think it is only the :help menu problem left to
fix. (I haven't verified this though.)
Some suggestions for fixing the menu in the mode has been
posted. Maybe deleting the :help menu items just to get on would be
easiest now for users who want to use it now before we have a solution
in core.
