compile problems with latest CVS
I had to apply the attached patch to get the latest version of the mainline
(21.5) compiling with native Win32 and cygwin. "dumper.c" uses
wrap_record_1(), but "src/lrecord.h" doesn't define this if error checking
is off. This patch is just to get things compiling (and, so far running)
again: the version of wrap_record_1() defined when error checking takes two
arguments; mine takes only one.
