You don't need to CC xemacs-beta, I'm pretty sure it's on the
xemacs-announce distribution list.

This is going to cause a lot of pain and agony. Please monitor c.e.x
as well as xemacs-beta for the probable FAQ. (Note: people who simply
use M-x list-packages RET are _not_ going to see your announcement.)
Also, has this been set up properly for the netinstaller?
