There's an xemacs-base package on ftp.xemacs.org:
xemacs-base-1.35-pkg.tar.gz from Jan 11.
But there's only a regi (regular expression interpreter engine) in
xemacs-base. Don't know, whether this is what you're looking for,
presumably not.
yah, i noticed that one too, but it's not the one. i just ended
up grabbing the second-last version of xemacs-devel, pulling out
the missing file into my pkg dir and updating the autoloads manually.
that seems to work until the new xemacs-base appears...
