[RFC] Keymap for function menu minor mode

Hi, best wishes to everybody ! Upon a user request, I've implemented functions to jump forward and backward from one function to another in func-menu. Then, I realized that it would be a good thing to have standardized key bindings for all func-menu features including this new one. I ended up re-writing the func-menu interface as a minor mode. Before checking this in, there's the question of the key bindings. Currently, I have bound func menu to the `C-c f' prefix. That looked available in my workspace.
