[comp.emacs.xemacs] efs 1.20 - no change from 1.19

Is this that package-get.el problem in 21.1.11 come back to haunt us? Or is it an efs problem? I'm leaning toward the package-get thing because he doesn't state what version of XEmacs he is using.
