Sure. Anything reasonably fresh is acceptable as a patch.
(I've given
up on cvs.xemacs.org because 9 times out of 10 I can't complete a cvs
up, and 10 times out of 10 I can't do a successful commit).
*sigh* Aidan says the same thing, but I sure can't confirm.
