Didn't know about that bug, but I'll just point out that `cvs commit .'
is a bad idea anyway (talking as someone whose desktop machine is old
and serves as a cvs server): it's just too expensive for what it is.
Just list the damn files you want to commit.
PCL-CVS does it for you, of course ;-)
