tempo in psgml?

While proceeding with the psgml sync to upstream, I noticed that our version has some kind of tempo stuff in psgml-edit.el, basically just changed `insert' to `tempo-process-and-insert-string'. The upstream version doesn't have any tempo support. Does anybody know whether this is needed? I'd like to minimize the diffs to upstream unless there's a good reason to do stuff otherwise. `tempo-insert-string-functions' is not set anywhere in psgml so `insert' and `tempo-process-and-insert-string' are roughly equivalent there. I already asked Jerry J (his name was in the relevant ChangeLog entry) but he couldn't remember the details. -- \/ille Skyttä scop at xemacs.org
