I agree. ange-ftp/efs should stop using the old syntax (except possibly for
backward compatibility) and switch to URLs.
Using URL's sounds like a good idea, but it involves more keystrokes,
and that's a bad thing, when you're already used to a shorter version.

On second thoughts. What am I complain about, especially if by default
xemacs would write file://localhost/ on the line for c-x c-f.
